I've been very busy these last few weeks!
I finally received my edits back for The Immortal Prudence Blackwood. They were actually due today, but I asked for an extension because they sent them the week before my husband left. I was very honest with my publisher when I told them I absolutely would not be looking at anything until after he left. They kindly extended my deadline another week, though I was able to get them everything by today. Granted, it was only about an hour before I wrote this blog, but they still got it. I'll find out soon--hopefully--when the ARCs will be available that I've been pitching since November. I'm anxious to get those in the hands of people who have signed up for them.
Ok, I have spent the last hour writing a short story in honor of March Madness. Now I admit I don't follow basketball at all. In fact, I had intended to write this short story for a contest due on March 15th, but my husband said it is very topical and, with all of the craziness going on, I didn't get a chance to finish it. It's finished now and I hope you enjoy it! ***Moved short story to new short stories section***
